Use standard staining techniques such Minor's Iodine-Starch Test to determine the injection area. Also, use sterile 30 gauge needles. BOTOX 0.1-0.2mL aliquots are injected into the hyperhidrosis from 1-2 cm. Repeat as necessary until the clinical effects subside. Repeat injections are not necessary if hyperhidrosis remains stable.
